Helpful tips

  • Please bring your own Yoga mat to class.
  • Please try to arrive promptly for each class so not to disturb others in their practice.
  • We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Try not to attend practice with a full stomach (it takes 1 hour to digest a snack and 3 hours for a full meal).
  • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries please let me know before the class.
